All of us here at CUBAMAX practice the utmost diligence and take great care when working with your personal information. Our policy of protecting your personal information is integrated into our corporate culture. The information you provide to us in the course of completing a Money Transfer transaction is reasonably assured to be transmitted and stored securely through the use of VeriSign authenticated TLS certificates and storage level encryption mechanisms. Access to your personal information is provided to employees who need such access to process your Money Transfer transaction. All of our employees/agents undergo a thorough background check. Financial companies choose how to share your personal information. Federal law gives you the right to limit some, but not all, sharing. Federal law also requires us to tell you how we collect, share and protect your personal information. Federal law gives you the right to limit sharing to only everyday business purposes for affiliates, such as information about your creditworthiness, affiliates to use your information to market to you, sharing for non-affiliates to market to you.     Personal information can be separated into two distinct categories. Public personal information is information about you that is available in the public domain, such as your name, address, and telephone numbers listed in a telephone directory.     CUBAMAX does not distinguish between the categories listed above. We consider personal information to include both public and non-public personal information.

    Why can't I limit all sharing?

As you can see in the table above, we do not share your information for marketing purposes. Our sharing of information is limited to the processing of your Money Transfer transaction.
